Can trainings be done virtually?

Yes! All of our trainings have been designed to fit a virtual platform. We utilize ZOOM and breakout rooms to give you the feel of doing group work and really being able to engage with the other participants! Our trainings are LIVE and have a mixture of videos, group activities, on screen presentation, and working in the manual. Although we’d love to meet you in person, we understand that with the COVID-19 pandemic social distancing practices are important! We are happy to do any training virtually. We also offer in person trainings with the usage of Smile Masks and proper social distancing practices.

We really want an LGBTQ+ inclusion training but have a tight budget, can you still help us?

Of course! Our number one goal is to be accessible to the community. Chat with us and we will make sure something works for your team!

Are your trainings appropriate for youth?

Definitely! Our trainings focus on identity, gender, coming out, and providing resources! There is a common misconception that LGBTQ+ topics are what happens in the bedroom. When we talk about what it means to be out we talk about being able to be our true authentic selves and paving the way for youth of the future!
